Madrid welcomed faith representatives, cultural figures and civic voices to mark dialogue, diversity and mutual respect. The meeting included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Diversity Spain, Fernando Hernández of the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, a Roma guitarist and composer, and Denise González. Speakers shared reflections from faith, culture and public service on how education can strengthen coexistence.
During the event, participants considered themes such as religious freedom, intercultural coexistence and human dignity. Fundación Mejora connected the initiative with Scientology’s emphasis on ethical values and community improvement. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, said that cultural and religious diversity is a value for society when rooted in respect for human rights.
